OLIVIA LEACHMAN
Founder
I grew up on a farm in Virginia, surrounded by cows, chickens, horses, and even a peacock. From an early age, I developed a deep appreciation for nature, craftsmanship, and the creativity that connects the two.
Over the past decade, I’ve built a career in beauty and wellness public relations in New York City, driven by a love for storytelling and community-building. I started as an intern at Tata Harper and in special events at Billboard Magazine, then moved on to work with global agencies representing luxury brands across fragrance, makeup, skincare, hair, and supplements.
After collaborating with a wide range of beauty and wellness companies, I realized that what excited me most wasn’t just the brands themselves, but how I worked with them: through deep connection, creativity, and purpose.

That’s why I founded Olivia Leachman PR, a conscious communications agency dedicated to supporting select brands, people, and healers in sharing their stories in intimate, meaningful, and lasting ways.
